Promote Your Small Business With Cheap Promo Gifts

Using inexpensive promotional items can help you get your business name and information out there for customers.  When your business is new, you don't want to spend a lot of money on promo items.  Cheap custom magnets, pens and other small items make great gifts.

When choosing promotional gifts, choose items that your customers will use to get maximum exposure.  Include your business name, website, email and phone number so customers can easily find you for future orders.

Although your budget may dictate what types of items you buy, do not buy extremely cheap items.  Cheap items that do not work well make your business look bad.  Customers will throw away the item, so you won't get the brand recognition that you need anyway.  Look for items that are durable but inexpensive.  Cheap custom magnets, note pads and pens are all inexpensive, but work well for their purpose.

Everyone uses magnets at home or work.  Since magnets are used on the kitchen fridge at home or a filing cabinet at work, customers will see them often.  This gives you brand recognition and keeps your business name fresh in your customer's mind when it comes time to reorder.  If you sell supplies to a business, a magnet makes it easy for your customers to find your website or phone number when it's time to reorder supplies.

Place your business card image or logo on magnets for visual interest and to keep them similar to other branding materials.  Different shapes can be used to match your products.

Pens are also a good inexpensive promotional item.  If you buy in bulk, they can be very cheap per unit.  Try to coordinate pen color to the color of your logo if possible.  Select pens that are comfortable to hold and write well so customers will use your pens often.  Include your website address and business name on the pen so customers can find you.

Note pads are also good cheap promo items.  Design them with your logo cover the entire page with a high transparency, or use just the header for your information.  Since pages are larger than magnets or pens, you can include more information on a pad of paper.  Be sure that your information isn't too dark or too large, or customers won't use the paper.  As a bonus, every note someone shares on your paper gives you more exposure as they give the note to a coworker or friend.

Cheap custom magnets, pens and note pads are all great ways to introduce your business to potential customers or thank existing customers.  Give them things they will need so they know you value their time and appreciate their business.  Include your logo for brand recognition and to increase awareness.

Four Reasons For Engagement Photographs

If you are getting ready for a wedding, you probably want to take engagement photographs simply to record the blissful and exciting time.  There are many other reasons for getting professional engagement pictures made, though.  They make great wedding decorations, can be used in invitations or pre-wedding gifts like save the date custom magnets, are the perfect way to start your wedding scrapbook and can be a fun way to spend time with your soon-to-be spouse!

Engagement Pictures as Wedding Decor

Creative engagement photos can provide a personal touch to wedding decor.  This is especially true if you took themed pictures that really show off your personality as a couple.  Wedding guests will love viewing the fun pictures.  You can set them in frames near where guests will sign in or order poster-sized prints for the walls.

Make Your Wedding Announcements Pop

A great engagement picture makes wedding announcements personal and fun.  You can even add to the allure of your announcement by ordering the prints as save the date custom magnets.  These magnets can include your picture, the date of the wedding and a short message.  If the magnet is well designed and the picture is fun, some people will keep the picture on their refrigerator for years!

Begin the Memories

Brides or couples who want to record their wedding in a scrapbook should begin before the big day dawns.  Part of the wedding experience is the planning and excitement.  Start your scrapbook off with a page featuring the engagement photographs and a few words about how you both feel about the upcoming date!  Continue the book with scraps of samples, pictures of preparations and small notes about the entire process.  A detailed book will be fun to look back on during anniversaries to come.

Make the Photo Session a Date

There are so many things to think about during the wedding planning process, both the bride-to-be and her future spouse may need a break!  Although a photo shoot for engagement pictures is part of the same process, it can also be fun.  Instead of having the photographs taken in a studio, hire a photographer that will work with locations you choose.  Pick places that you both like or that are fun.  Zoos, museums, parks, your back yard or favorite hiking trail all provide great places for unique pictures.  The best part is, you can have a fun outing while crossing off one of the wedding to-do list items!

Whether you send out save the date custom magnets, paste your picture up throughout the reception hall or simply want to enjoy a nice afternoon while recording memories, engagement photographs are a great idea for any couple.   They can be fun, formal or unique to your style.  People will enjoy seeing you as a couple and you will be glad you saved the memories in years to come.
