Peachtree Quantum 2012 Program Features

There are different types of accounting software used in various companies today. Peachtree Quantum is considered a financing and accounting software designed to aid both medium and large-scale businesses.

When installed in your company's computers with stable operating systems, Peachtree Quantum can provide more than 140 customizable reports. Categories for these reports include accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, financial ledger, general ledger, job reports, payroll, and time and expense reports.  It can also keep forms and letters such as collection letters, fundraising letters, tax forms, employee welcome, and so on.

Aside from its report generating feature, there are also a host of new features which you can find only in Peachtree Quantum 2012. One of these features is the job navigation center. This feature comes with a familiar layout that allows you to access job-related information using its two tabs, namely The Jobs and Job Management tabs.  The first tab includes a summary of job information while the other shows a lists of information regarding transactions and history for a particular job, including purchases, invoices, and receipts.

Another feature exclusive to Peachtree Quantum 2012 is the job management center. It comes in a dashboard layout which can also be customized by the user. The job management center is frequently used to monitor employee activity. The software displays the employee's past and recent transactions. Once results are populated, users are also allowed not only to view these results but also print them or attach them to an email.

Peachtree Quantum 2012 can also be used with its change order feature which allows users to track, list, and print the newly changed order form for approval. It also updates the estimated revenues and expenses with approved changes. These three exclusive features can be used by a maximum of 40 users at a time. Users can access all reports in a matter of seconds.
