The first tab includes a summary of job information while the other shows a lists of information regarding transactions and history for a particular job, including purchases, invoices, and receipts.
Another feature exclusive to Peachtree Quantum 2012 is the job management center. It comes in a dashboard layout which can also be customized by the user. The job management center is frequently used to monitor employee activity. The software displays the employee's past and recent transactions. Once results are populated, users are also allowed not only to view these results but also print them or attach them to an email.
Peachtree Quantum 2012 can also be used with its change order feature which allows users to track, list, and print the newly changed order form for approval. It also updates the estimated revenues and expenses with approved changes. These three exclusive features can be used by a maximum of 40 users at a time. Users can access all reports in a matter of seconds.
