Mid-Sized business is that business that has less than 250 employees these businesses has the annual turnover less then certain limits that are decided by country's economy authority, these businesses are able to get growth when all business concepts are carried out in a correct way at right time and for right targeted location and consumers.

Marketing of any business is important because it will improve the customer's loyalty towards business which tends to grow business. Without loyal customers business will not grow effectively/ efficiently. Choosing correct marketing policy and method are necessary to improve business value in market and profit in addition it will help to improve goodwill of any business. A correct marketing strategy is tends to improve business profit without spending more on advertising. Business organizations that are providing quality product and services to their customers earning profit of 30% to 40%, and just lifting their marketing team to be more innovative and creative it can be up to 100% in matter of days. There are basically two type of marketing that are traditional marketing and Advance marketing.

Traditional Marketing is consists of paper template advertising, newspaper advertising and person to person advertising. These marketing methods are charging more cost then advance marketing. This consumes more time to get results as well as more efforts from marketing executives to convenience customers. But apart from this these methods are based on business ethics that is most important for any business to sustainable for future. People who are not aware of these advance technology for them traditional methods are more effective because doing things without proper knowledge is more harmful then doing thing in which we are perfect.   

Advance marketing is consists of Email marketing, Affiliated marketing, Pay per Click advertising in combine of all called as Online marketing. It is good for mid-sized business because it requires less amount to do marketing of product and services as it advance it can be done in more innovative and creative way which tends to put impression on customers by which customers get interested in that particular product and service.

Due to Internet marketing methods mid-sized business will gets benefits to get customers in less time because it has feature to set targeted customers by their age, gender, taste, climate and geographical locality. Even in this method marketing executives are not in search of customers visiting their home and offices like as traditional marketing they get customers at one place in huge number.

At last I have concluded that the traditional marketing and advance marketing will work together to get efficient and effective results sooner then they work separately.
